TransJakarta feeder bus operations have not been up

TransJakarta feeder bus operations it is still not optimally serve the residents in Jakarta and surrounding areas. It is seen from the lack of passengers using this feeder transport services.

According to him, one lane will be extended in the second route that currently serves the route Tanah Abang-Hall. Later from the front of City Hall will be forwarded to Gambir Station-Farmer-Way Monument Kebon Sirih. Meanwhile, leading to Tanah Abang, will be forwarded to the Tanah Abang Market and Station.

Establishments will also continue to develop the concept of the feeder bus. Until now, the feeder bus TransJakarta only serves an average of 500 passengers per day with 15 existing fleet.

"We're trying to do for this feeder demand by the public, so as to improve TransJakarta bus passengers as well," he said.

Feeder is designed for passengers who were heading to the busway corridors as corridor I (Blok M-Kota) and Corridor IX (Pinang Ranti-Pluit). Initially, the target of Jakarta Transportation Agency to transport 5250 people per day.
